Workshop
For the first time, Bellevue innovation company Fresh Consulting is inviting students ages 10 – 18 to learn about design, robotics, software development, and innovation during an evening of workshops and collaboration.
This event is aimed at giving students a hands-on learning experience where they explore design, software, and robotics, inspiring them to grow as future innovators.
At the end of the workshop, teams of students will innovate new product ideas together. Parents are invited back for dinner, a presentation of the students’ product ideas, and a talk by a Fresh team member.
All ticket proceeds will be donated to Washington STEM, a nonprofit that works to bring STEM education to Washington students.
Design Workshop
During this workshop, students will learn what design is and explore the user experience design process illustrated in an online world.
Robotics Workshop
In this workshop, students will learn what a robot is, see some examples of robots, and even build a small robot together.
Software Development Workshop
In this workshop, students will learn what coding is and have a hands-on coding experience.
Team Innovation Challenge
Students will work in groups to explore technologies, creating innovative product concepts,
and the top three product ideas
will receive prizes.
